Unfortunately the job was cancelled twice due to unforseen circumstances. The communication was good and I'm glad we waited for a new appointment. The technician was professional and very quick to identify and fix the issue.

We had an emergency breakdown of our fridge which was full of thousands of dollars worth of food. I contacted Fridges R Us and was pleasantly surprised that they could send someone out the same day. Danny was fantastic to deal with from the moment he arrived to attend to the gas leak issue with the Transtherm Ermitage Manor single zone wine fridge. He replaced the metal pipe that was broken with quality European copper pipe that is thicker than the Chinese made one inside Vintec units. It was topped up with gas and a super seal was put on there to prevent any further leaks. His attention to detail was first class to begin with in identifying the problem.

Wouldn’t give price for re gas was more interested in Going to site charging you $200 then repairs are on top. We asked a simple question. How much to re-gas fridge you could not answer.
