Super easy , friendly and quality service , fixed my fridge quickly and on budget Definitely recommend

So I had a Samsung French door fridge which was building up ice. Danny came in ch aged the parts however the issue still persists. He came in again and replaced the parts. However it still did not get fixed. With all of this he refunded back the full costs. I appreciate the refund and his professionalism and being honest.

Fridges R Us provided outstanding service from start to finish. They attended the very next day after my enquiry, arrived promptly, and greeted me with a professional and friendly manner. The issue was diagnosed and resolved immediately, demonstrating their expertise and efficiency. An excellent experience and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use their services again. If possible, I would award them six stars.

Call Danny and SIA - they go the extra mile for you. The motor broke on my older Kelvinator workhorse. Danny and SIA came out straight away and explained the options facing me. I am so glad I chose to have them fix it and give me a warranty as well. After an hour, Danny wasn’t satisfied, so he started again to ensure there was no blockage that would cause the motor to blow again over time. It was later in the afternoon and they had 2 more repairs ahead of them, but they stayed as long as it took to ensure that the repair was done right, even though it took twice the time. They answered all my questions patiently as well. My fridge and freezer work beautifully now. Thank you, Danny and Sia!

Danny and Sia (I hope I got that right) are fantastic. They came out and fixed my fridge in about 30 minutes, got a year’s warranty on the repair and they’re genuinely lovely people. Hopefully I never see them again but if my fridge ever crashes again they’re the ones to call!

The repairer commited to arriving at 1pm, then at 12:50 said 2-3pm, then at 3:15, said 4pm claiming they were a little bit behind. After wasting half my day waiting for another delay I ended up cancelling to save myself from a $225 call out fee for the experience, and booked a different repairer who only charged $125 who arrived on time. This business perception that a 'little behind' translates in the real world to 3-4hr, or half a work day, and 15-20min away is actually 3-4hrs away. Had I known this I would have cancelled at the first delay, hopefully now potential customers are now better informed of this businesses perception of time.

On a Saturday pm, Danny was able to come out, replace a faulty part and get our broken fridge working with 80 minutes. No loss of food at all. Highly recommend.
