Danny and Sia were amazing! Super friendly and very professional. I am very happy with the service they provided, giving me all options upfront and resolving the issue quickly. The fact they don’t charge an hourly labour fee like every other place I contacted, was a relief, and they were available last minute. I highly recommend using them and I most definitely will be using them for future services and any other fridge issues that may arise.

I have Husky Wine fridge that was not holding temperature so called Danny from Fridges R Us to repair the fridge after another company told me that it could not be fixed. Danny responded straight away that evening and was at our place the following morning. The fridge was repaired in no time at all and is now working perfectly. Thank you for helping us out the day we called Danny - really impressive as a failing fridge in a busy house is an emergency! You gave us great advice and options. We appreciate your honesty - you could have just jumped in and replaced the part but instead gave us a no cost option to try. Unfortunately the problem didn’t resolve itself as you know. Again you took time to ensure we understood our options to help us make an informed choice about how to proceed. The cost of replacing the parts was almost as much as the fridge so instead of repair we are replacing. It is very rare to find a serviceman so knowledgeable, caring and impartial. We really felt you were working with us to find the best solution for us. We hope the new fridge won’t cause us as much trouble but we certainly know where to come! And in the meantime we can’t recommend you more highly to anyone needing fast honest and caring service!

The technicians were punctual and found the issue with my fridge which was an easy fix (loose plastic tray making a lot of noise) and gave good advice addressing concerns with my secondhand fridge. Good service and a detailed diagnostic report provided at the end.

Knowledgeable, resolved the fridge being at 15C for a short time back to 3C while sourcing a part. After discovering the solution may not work, was honest enoght to discuss and to suggest a new fridge (current 24 yrs old) if and when it fails again. Great service
