						The technicians were punctual and found the issue with my fridge which was an easy fix (loose plastic tray making a lot of noise) and gave good advice addressing concerns with my secondhand fridge. Good service and a detailed diagnostic report provided at the end.

						Fridges R Us were very prompt at getting back to me and organising a time to complete the inspection. There were some minor delays on the day in getting to me, but this was communicated to us throughout the day and agreed to by me. The problem was identified in minutes, and it was great that Danny had the parts there and then to fix our wine fridge. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Expensive to get our compressor replaced and the service fee was additional to this cost, however i guess this takes into account the knowledge and efficiency in fixing the issue. Would i use again? - yes given the prompt and reliable and friendly actions by Danny.

There were some minor delays on the day in getting to me, but this was communicated to us throughout the day and agreed to by me. The problem was identified in minutes, and it was great that Danny had the parts there and then to fix our wine fridge. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Expensive to get our compressor replaced and the service fee was additional to this cost, however i guess this takes into account the knowledge and efficiency in fixing the issue. Would i use again? - yes given the prompt and reliable and friendly actions by Danny.

					Danny was very helpful and tried hard to find the parts I needed to fix my Kitchener wine fridge. He did a good job but the parts are no longer available, so it couldn't be fixed in the end.
